The shipping cost does not apply to orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon, the Northwest Territories or areas outside of continental USA.

Due to COVID-19 and limited flights, the shipping time might be longer than the normal standard shipping time. We thank you for your understanding.
What you should know:

  • We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian public holidays. 

  • Please note that shipping times do not include processing time. We will try our best to pack and post your orders as soon as possible but most orders generally take 1-5 days to be processed.

  • For Pre-order items, they can take up to 2 weeks for the order to be processed because we want to make sure your dresses are well crafted. We thank you for your patience.

  • For your information, we do not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service providers, especially during high volume seasons.

  • If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, we is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. In this case, we will not be able to refund or resend the parcel.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email or select the 'track order' option and enter your order number and email address or sign into your account.
