| How much is Shipping Cost? |
$15.00 CAD for standard shipping and $22 CAD for express shipping on orders to North America and Australia. $25 CAD flat rate to international countries. However, if you order over $100 CAD, we offer free shipping. |
| How long does Delivery take? |
For most Canada/US orders, we will take 1 - 3 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed and packed, we will send you a notification. It normally can take 16 - 26 days (Approximately 2 - 3 weeks) depending on your location. Please make sure the shipping address and the recipient must be the same . Please note that we shop around from many different suppliers to find the best outfits for you. Sometimes, the items you order may arrive separately. You will have tracking number for all of the items. |

How do I track my order? |
We will email you your tracking information once your order has been dispatched, and in some cases you will need to allow a few hours for your tracking to be live. |
| How about additional taxes and import charges? | International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and custom fees that are levied once the package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient. |
| Do you have a physical store? | We are currently based online only and do not have a physical store. But we are working toward that goal. |
| What if the outfit does not fit? | Most of the time, the right size for you will simply be your regular size that you’d ordinarily purchase. If you would like a lose fit, order one size bigger. We have a sizing charts on our website that you’ll find helpful. Remember, if your purchase is not suitable you can send it back for exchange or store credit. |
