Your satisfaction means everything to us. We want to earn your trust with quality products and customer service.

RETURNS

We would like to offer a full refund in one of the following cases:

  • The item does not fit you,

  • You are not satisfied with the quality,

  • Or, you have simply changed your mind.

A full refund will be issued as the same payment method you make.

Just keep in mind, in order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the below requirements:

  • Purchase from our webpage.

  • The item is returned to us within 30 days from Received Date.

  • The item is unworn and in original condition with all the tags still attached.

  • The item has absolutely no marks, stains or sign of used (including makeup, sweat and spray tan).

 

HOW TO SUBMIT A RETURN?

Please send us an email with photos and reasons for return to DamselDressesOfficial@gmail.com or use the contact form. We will confirm the return and will issue the refund when we receive the product.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team. 

  • During high volume sale periods, there might be some delay and we thank you for your patience.
  • Final Sale Items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
  •  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REFUNDS

Each product is hand crafted with enormous attention to details and inspected during order processing. But the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty, we will definitely provide you a full refund once your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our staff.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • You claim of faulty item must be submitted within 30 days from delivery date providing a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email, please put the email title as “ REFUND REQUEST: FALTY ITEM” so our team can prioritize your request.

  • We will not accept broken items caused by trial or wear and tear; therefore, the items should have the tag remain on and no stain.

  • We will cover the return shipping cost in this case. Simply email a photo of postage receipt to our staff for a reimbursement. 

Once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, so please be patient. If your refund has taken longer than this, please contact us on the contact form so we can investigate the cause of the delay.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us using the contact form or email us at damseldressesofficial@gmail.com and send your item us.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
